Practical Completion at Carbon 207.

Practical completion has been achieved at Carbon 207 in Coventry for our client BlackRock and their development partner Stoford Developments Ltd, this comprises 207,000 sq.ft of grade A logistics space. Works have already started on the next phase at Carbon 103 which is due for completion in January 2018 and comprises 103,000 sq.ft of grade A logistics space. Lysander are appointed as Fund Monitoring Surveyor.
