LCY3 DARTFORD
Lysander was appointed by Amazon UK to act as the tenants project manager. The pre-construction activity focused on developing the employers requirements, traffic management due to the considerable restrictions in Dartford crossing area and the none template configuration of the project that required constant and detailed design management.
GLP MAGNITUDE
Magnitude 88 is an 87,651 sq. ft. speculative development at Magna Park Milton Keynes. The building is 12.5m to haunch with 10 docks and 2 level access doors. Delivered in 14 weeks, this speculative development benefits from a best-in-class specification with 35m service yard and 12.5m clear height.
CHELSEA BARRACKS
Lysander were asked to inspect works completed by a developer and provide a snagging report on this prime residence in Belgravia. With a keen eye for detail, the Lysander residential team attended the property and spent time identifying issues which should have been addressed and resolved prior to handover.
BOW STREET FIT OUT
Lysander undertook a building survey and wider due diligence exercise for an occupier entering into a 10 year full repairing and insuring lease, together with a Schedule of Condition. The survey included a review of the fabric of the building as well as a mechanical and electrical review by an M&E engineer of the existing system and utilities.
BUILD-TO-SUIT WAREHOUSE
A 3 finger build-to-suit warehouse with offices, canteen, training and social rooms on an elevated, air-conditioned mezzanine floor, and 3-storey parking garage for our client. The unit comprises 8,150 sq. m. gross floor area plus 20,844 sq. m. parking garage which was successfully handed over at the end of September 2020.
DHL DIGITAL HUB
Nautilus is the Digital Hub and new headquarters for DHL HR in the UK. Comprising mezzanine floors, racking installation and state of the art office fit out this 220k sq. ft. base build and fit-out was completed in September 2020. Over 3,100 power points have been installed and the project as a whole has over 64 miles of data cable installed.
