Principal Designer & CDM Advisor
The successful delivery of any construction project depends on effective planning, collaboration and proactive risk management from the earliest stages. Lysander provides Principal Designer and CDM Advisor services that help clients meet their statutory duties while creating safe, efficient projects from concept through to completion.
Rather than simply ensuring compliance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, we become an integral part of the project team. Working closely with clients, designers and contractors, we help identify and eliminate foreseeable risks during design, coordinate health and safety throughout the pre-construction phase, and support the safe delivery of projects on site.
Our experienced and professionally qualified CDM team has extensive knowledge of the regulations and a proven track record of delivering Principal Designer and CDM Advisor services across industrial, logistics, commercial and mission-critical developments. We understand the practical challenges of construction and apply this experience to develop solutions that are safe, buildable and commercially focused.
Every project is different, which is why we tailor our approach to suit the specific requirements of each client and development. Whether supporting a major multi-phase programme or a smaller standalone project, we provide clear advice, practical solutions and the confidence that health and safety is being effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle.
Our long-standing relationships with many of the UK’s leading developers, investors, contractors and occupiers reflect our commitment to delivering a professional, collaborative and dependable service.
