The team at Lysander is made up of senior Project Managers, Cost Consultants, Surveyors and Engineers who have worked for major surveying consultancies, main contractors and client organisations. All our staff are specialists in their field.
We work closely with our clients to gain an in-depth knowledge of their business and our remit extends beyond the traditional role of consultants to helping clients achieve their business objectives. Our approach to every project is to provide strong leadership to create a collaborative team-working environment. Through ongoing partnership, we maximise opportunity and effectiveness throughout the property lifecycle, from pre-acquisition, construction, refurbishment and fit-out through to hand over, sale or redevelopment.
What We Do
Project Management
We deliver construction projects for our clients ranging from large commercial new build developments and turnkey fit-outs, through to the specification and contract administration of refurbishment and maintenance works across commercial and residential property.
Building Surveying
Our Building Surveyors are highly experienced and professionally qualified. Their expertise and technical knowledge allows them to support clients at every stage of the property cycle, from acquisition through to development, occupation and disposal.
Cost Management
Maximising the financial performance of an asset is a balance of maintaining quality, retaining income and investing in opportunities to add value. We provide strategic and practical advice to asset managers on matters such as lease events and feasibility studies.
