Unit 2 at G-Park Biggleswade has been successfully completed and handed over. The 106,338 sq.ft. speculative build was put on Gazeley‘s superfast “G-Track” programme and was completed in an amazing 12 weeks. Although constructed to a “sporty” programme, neither quality nor specification have been compromised as the project boasts BREEAM Excellent rating with PV, solar thermal, rainwater recycling and a plant deck which is ready to convert to additional office space.
