We have been busy over the past few months working on a 233,000 sq.ft. build-to-suit unit at G Park, Bedford. The site will have unrivalled sustainability features including rainwater harvesting, high efficiency LED lighting and office heating and cooling provided by air-source heat pumps. Works have commenced on site with a completion date of September 2018.
We are appointed directly to Gazeley as Project Manager’s for the development.
