Lysander has successfully completed the delivery of Sony’s new 1,200 sq. m office in Milan, providing integrated Project Management, Design Coordination and Site Supervision services from concept through to handover.
Acting as the central point of coordination, Lysander’s Italian team brought together the client, consultants, stakeholders and contractors across architectural and MEP design, permitting, construction, health and safety, quality assurance and project close-out.
PlanRadar was used to manage snagging and defects in real time, providing clear oversight of site quality and enabling issues to be identified, recorded and resolved efficiently ahead of handover.
Delivered between January and June 2026, the project demonstrates Lysander’s ability to manage the complex interfaces between design, compliance, construction and quality. This integrated approach helped maintain continuity between design and delivery, strengthen control of progress and support a structured handover.
