Sharing expertise across borders is essential to providing consistent, high-quality support for clients operating across multiple markets.

Lysander Germany recently welcomed colleagues from across the business to Berlin for its Summer Academy. The event brought together team members from Germany and the UK to exchange knowledge, share practical experience and strengthen relationships across our international business.

A key highlight was a workshop led by Mr Lorbeer from ATELIER LORBEER, who provided valuable insight into the German permitting process. Through real project examples, lessons learned and open discussion, colleagues developed a deeper understanding of local requirements and the considerations involved in delivering projects in Germany.

This shared knowledge helps our teams navigate regional processes more effectively while providing clients with coordinated support across Germany, the UK and other international markets.

The Academy concluded with a team-building escape room challenge, offering an enjoyable opportunity to encourage collaboration, develop relationships and introduce some friendly competition.

Hosted by our Germany team, the Summer Academy welcomed Steve Martin, Mark Perkins, Cally Hickman, Ben Pursey, Mahmoud El Hout and members of the wider Lysander Germany team.

Events such as the Summer Academy play an important role in strengthening our collaborative culture and connecting colleagues across the business. By continuing to invest in our people, share expertise across borders and build strong international relationships, we are better equipped to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.
