Lysander has successfully delivered a £10 million specialist high-security storage and operational facility in Rugby, providing Project Management, Construction Management and Cost Management services throughout the project lifecycle.
The project involved the transformation of an existing industrial building into a highly specialised environment designed to house and protect irreplaceable documentation and records. The completed facility combines advanced automated storage and retrieval systems with specialist environmental controls, enhanced fire protection measures and modern operational workspace.
Spanning approximately 2,998m² across three floors, the facility has been designed to support both secure storage operations and the day-to-day activities of graphics and innovation teams, creating a flexible and future-ready operational environment.
Construction commenced in January 2025 and completed in October 2025, following an extensive period of planning and development. Throughout the project, Lysander worked closely with stakeholders, specialist suppliers and landlord teams to coordinate the integration of complex technical systems and meet demanding operational, environmental and security requirements.
The completed facility provides a resilient, highly secure environment capable of protecting valuable assets while supporting future operational growth.
