Lysander has successfully completed a 292,000 sq. ft. warehouse racking reconfiguration and 18,000 sq. ft. office and welfare fit-out for a valued client, enhancing operational capacity within a live industrial environment.
Appointed to provide Project Management, Cost Management and Principal Contractor services under a Construction Management procurement route, Lysander delivered a comprehensive programme of works including warehouse racking modifications with additional sprinkler protection, new welfare facilities, a first-floor office fit-out and the installation of four vehicle security gates.
The project was carefully phased to maintain full warehouse operations throughout, with specialist acoustic installations and an accelerated procurement programme enabling the racking reconfiguration to be completed one month ahead of schedule.
Delivered in collaboration with KTCS Construction Consultants, Walsh Integrated Building Services Ltd and Owl Projects & Maintenance Ltd, the project demonstrates Lysander’s expertise in safely delivering complex projects within live logistics environments.
