Lysander is pleased to provide project and cost management services for our client LGH Hotels Management Ltd to replace the windows and paint the external facade of this 10-storey, 615-guest room hotel located at M4J4, adjacent to Heathrow Airport.
The seven-month window programme, which started last week, will take place while the hotel is occupied, undertaken on a floor-by-floor basis until a wing is complete.
The windows are specially treated to cope with the noise from Heathrow Airport and include a tinted laminate to protect the rooms from solar gain. A roof-mounted cradle system and external hoist have been installed to facilitate the work by contractors SBC Glazing Systems.
