Lysander is proud to have supported St. Modwen Logistics in delivering its first build-to-suit project for Amazon. The 123k sq. ft. distribution centre and multi-storey van park were completed within 35 weeks, with client early access achieved. Lysander provided project management and employer’s agent services on this BREEAM Excellent building constructed on made ground and tidal flat deposits in Poole.
