A Chartered Building Surveyor & Chartered Project Manager, Richard joined Lysander in 2016. Richard has a wealth of experience across the public, commercial and private sectors and specialises in High End Residential.

Sean is a strategic CFO and business leader. He heads up Lysander’s finance function and serves as a strategic advisor to the senior leadership team. His experience includes establishing global operations across the UK, US and Australia.

Cally is a senior HR leader with extensive experience supporting fast growing organisations, specialising in building high performing people functions and aligning people strategy with business growth. She creates thriving, high impact workplaces.

Joe studied Environmental Engineering and has a Masters in Engineering. He joined Lysander in 2016 and has extensive knowledge and experience of remedial technologies having worked on many sites across the UK and abroad.

Mark is an experienced Project and Programme Manager and has worked in a range of sectors including education, industrial, logistics, retail and high-end residential.

Steve is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and experienced Project Manager. He has experience in delivering projects in the Warehouse & Logistics and Education sectors.

A Chartered Building Surveyor and Chartered Project Manager, Simon’s appointment further strengthens our building surveying and development monitoring offering to Investors, Developers and Occupiers.

Raj is an experienced MEP Cost Manager, having previously worked for developers, consultants, and contractors. His expertise is predominately data centre, sciences, industrial, commercial, and high-tech sectors.

Mike has over 30 years of experience, having worked with clients across a diverse range of sectors.  Mike leads our account for one of the UK’s largest commercial developers and landlords.

Peter has over 30 years’ experience across multiple sectors, specialising in complex data centre and mission‑critical projects. He specialises in programme recovery, risk management and effective stakeholder engagement.

Phil is an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor with over 35 years’ experience. His experience includes acting as technical advisor and programme manager for a range of commercial remediation works on occupied residential buildings.

Mike joined Lysander’s Project Management team in 2021. An RICS chartered building surveyor and an experienced project manager, Mike specialises in the new build industrial and logistics sector.

Andy joined Lysander in April 2025. Andy is a highly experienced construction professional specialising in large scale infrastructure and transport projects.  

Joe is a chartered building surveyor and skilled project manager, focusing on the Industrial and Logistics sector. Joe has led a wide range of project types, but specialises in industrial refurbishments and solar PV feasibility and delivery.

Matt has a strong technical background in building surveying and a broad range of experience in project management. Matt is currently working on various projects for a valued client across the southeast.

As a Quantity Surveyor and Member of the RICS, Adam has 16 years’ experience providing Cost Management services in a multitude of sectors and for a varied range of clients.

Charlie has worked for developers, landlords and occupiers on a range of industrial, retail and commercial projects. His proven experience is underpinned by strong commercial acumen with a strategic and collaborative approach.

Sam joined Lysander in 2025. As a Chartered Building Surveyor and experienced Project Manager, he specialises in delivering best-in-class refurbishments and ESG enhancements within the industrial and logistics sector.

Scott studied Architecture at University and worked for a number of architectural practices before making the decision to retrain as a Building Surveyor. Scott has architectural flare and an eye for detail.

Kevin joined Lysander’s High-End Residential team in 2020. An experienced Project Manager and skilled Architectural Design professional, Kevin has worked with a range of clients including The Wellcome Trust & The Crown Estate.

Alan is a diligent, professional and strategically thinking CDM Advisor/Principal Designer with over 25 years’ experience delivering projects in both military and civilian environments.

Steve is a NEBOSH-qualified Health & Safety Advisor managing compliance across multiple live construction sites. With previous residential development experience, he delivers inspections, incident investigations, CDM support and risk management, promoting a proactive safety culture.

Dale is a chartered member of the RICS and has an MSc in Building Surveying from Northumbria University. He previously worked in construction within the social housing and care sector.

Calum is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) with 10 years’ experience delivering private sector construction projects, specialising in industrial and commercial developments, with particular expertise in food manufacturing and processing facilities.

Callum joined Lysander in 2018. An RICS Chartered Project Manager, Callum specialises in the delivery of bespoke warehouse and logistics schemes throughout the UK and overseas.

Martin is an experienced project management professional with an abundance of knowledge, experience, and transferable skills, predominantly gained within consultancy and client-side environments.

Kevin joined Lysander’s high-end residential team in 2024. He has a main contracting background, specialising in complex residential and commercial developments.

Tamer has extensive experience leading major, multi-sector, multidisciplinary complex programmes and in client advisory services. Tamer has a strong technical, contract and commercial background.

A highly effective Project Manager, Kerry has a design management and concept development background and has extensive experience in retail development, industrial manufacturing and renewable technologies.

Kevin is a highly experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years of industry experience. Kevin has successfully managed budgets for a diverse range of projects, from residential developments to large-scale infrastructure ventures.

Mark is an experienced construction professional with over 25 years of experience in both cost and project management. Before joining Lysander, Mark worked for Monaghans, Specsavers and Arcadia Group Ltd.

James is an experienced, knowledgeable and professional Construction and Project Manager with over 29 years’ expertise. Before joining Lysander, he served in the Royal Engineers for 25 years, delivering construction projects across the world.

Alison has a BSc in Construction Management & Surveying. She has over 13 years’ experience in the Construction industry, working across a variety of sectors including commercial, residential, and the F1 industry.

Jeremy is an experienced Project Manager. Prior to joining Lysander, Jeremy worked at Ikon Consultants on a range of projects across the Residential, Education and Commercial sectors.

Rivva served in the Royal Engineers for 8 years, finishing as an Assistant Project Manager utilising his BSc (Hons) in Construction. He has worked in Kuwait, The UAE, Oman, Cyprus, Kenya, Somalia, South Sudan, Jordan and Egypt.

Gareth has over 25 years’ project and commercial management experience across infrastructure, OG&C and data centres internationally. He joined Lysander’s Data Centre team in 2026 and holds three postgraduate qualifications.

Kevin is an experienced construction manager with over 30 years’ experience in the commercial sector. Kevin joined Lysander as a consultant in 2017 before joining the team full time in 2021.

A structural engineer by background, Alex joined Lysander in 2023. Alex previously worked for Ocado on projects which included the delivery of two 150,000 sq. ft. customer fulfilment centres.

Connor, who holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, joined Lysander in 2024. Prior to this, he gained valuable experience at Balfour Beatty, specialising in power systems, rail, and building services.

Vinson is an experienced Project Manager with extensive design and construction knowledge, specialising in the industrial and logistics market. He is highly organised, detail oriented and possesses excellent communication skills with all stakeholders.

Arvin is a dynamic Project Manager with extensive experience delivering complex, high‑value projects across diverse sectors. He combines commercial acumen, strong governance and stakeholder leadership to drive projects from concept through to successful completion.

Tom has extensive experience in the Industrial and Logistics sector, managing projects globally from site identification and technical due diligence through to delivery. He works with landlords, tenants and developers to ensure successful outcomes.

Harrison is an experienced Project Manager with a track record delivering projects across private and public sectors, including health, retail, data centres and government. He is a confident communicator who promotes collaborative, proactive project teams and positive client outcomes.

A dedicated assistant project manager, Emmanuel graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a degree in Real Estate. He is currently studying for his MRICS qualification.

James joined Lysander in May 2025 as a Cost Manager following a 3 year stint at AECOM. He graduated from the University of Reading with a degree in Quantity Surveying. He is currently working towards his chartership.

Esther is an MRICS Chartered Surveyor. She delivers robust cost advice and manages projects across industrial & logistics and residential schemes from pre-contract planning through to post-contract delivery.

Natalie has over seven years’ real estate experience, specialising in procurement, on‑site construction, CapEx and programme management. She brings strong stakeholder engagement and governance skills to every project.

Assistant Project Manager with a Quantity Surveying background, bringing strong commercial insight to residential and infrastructure projects. Experienced in stakeholder management, project coordination and JCT/NEC contract administration.

Simi holds a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate and brings experience as a Cost Manager across a range of projects. She joined Lysander as a Project Manager, contributing to change management, stakeholder coordination, and project delivery.

Bradley studied Business Management with Accounting and Finance at Nottingham Trent University. He joined the finance team in 2021 before making the move to the Iron Mountain team as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor in 2022.

Kieran is a Quantity Surveying graduate progressing towards his chartered status. Kieran is experienced in assisting with cost management duties throughout mixed-use, industrial and logistics schemes.

Sehej holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying and supports contract administration, technical due diligence, reinstatement assessments and project monitoring. He contributes to coordination, reporting and risk management to enhance building performance.

Nader graduated with a degree in Civil and Infrastructure Engineering, and a master’s in Management in Construction from Kingston University.

Achyut has an MSc in Project Management in Construction with a background in civil engineering and experience supporting infrastructure projects. He is skilled in scheduling, stakeholder coordination and risk management, and is a strong communicator who brings a proactive, team focused approach.

Harry is an MSc Project Management graduate with a strong academic foundation in Business Management, Accounting and Finance. He brings experience supporting consultancy-style projects, including stakeholder engagement, financial feasibility analysis and structured project planning.

Ellie manages the flow of information throughout project lifecycles, including turning information produced by our technical team into useable files, creating, reviewing, and distributing documents as required and archiving them accordingly.

Chinonso is a meticulous Document Controller with over eight years’ construction experience, including major regeneration schemes for leading UK developers. He is skilled in managing electronic document systems, coordinating across teams and producing technical and compliance reports.

Sam joined Lysander in April 2025, bringing with him a wealth of bid management experience spanning more than 15 years. He has worked for a range of construction contractors as well as in the public sector.

Ryan is an accomplished IT leader with a passion for building high-performing IT systems. He brings extensive experience in infrastructure modernisation, cloud transformation, and strengthening cybersecurity.

Alex is an IT professional with experience across service delivery, systems support, and operational improvement. He enjoys solving problems, enhancing IT processes, and supporting colleagues with practical, dependable solutions.

Connor has extensive IT experience supporting organisations across multiple sectors. He specialises in modernising systems, improving infrastructure and implementing practical, scalable solutions that enhance business performance.

Joey is an experienced HR professional supporting Lysander’s international teams, with expertise in employee relations, HR operations, organisational change and delivering people-focused initiatives that strengthen processes and enhance employee experience.

Louise joined Lysander in 2013 and looks after the day to day finances of the business. Prior to joining Lysander, Louise worked in the retail sector having studied Graphic Design.

William is a finance professional with ten years’ experience in planning, reporting, commercial analysis and business partnering within technology businesses, providing strategic insight that supports informed decision-making and business performance.

Scarlett works in the Finance team as an Assistant Accountant. She is currently studying for her Association of Accounting Technicians qualification. Scarlett previously worked in the motor and insurance industry.

Molly brings experience across both practice and industry, with a background in company accounts, client tax services, finance operations and month-end processes spanning the UK, Ireland and European entities.

Cat joined Lysander in September 2021 and provides support to the Iron Mountain team. Cat’s previous experience ranges from a global television broadcaster to a family-run interior design practice.

Heather joined Lysander in May 2025 and provides key support to the marketing function. She brings extensive experience from the construction industry, including nine years at Winvic supporting the marketing team.

Chrissy joined Lysander in August 2021 and provides support to the London team. Chrissy has over 10 years of experience working as a senior administrator in the insurance sector before joining Lysander.

Michelle joined Lysander as Executive Assistant after spending many years in the education sector. Prior to this, Michelle worked for Eversheds, where she helped build collaborative relationships with other law firms across Europe and the USA.

Davina brings 15 years’ experience supporting senior leaders across global organisations, including McKinsey & Company. She is known for exceptional organisation, clear communication and trusted relationships that keep complex operations running smoothly.

Laura joined Lysander as the Godalming Office Manager in November 2024. Prior to this role, she spent 14 years in the legal division of BAE Systems, where she managed training delivery and provided clerical support to the board members.

Carrie is an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor with over 10 years’ postgraduate experience. Carrie has worked in a variety of sectors including Education and Housing and joins us from Ridge & Partners LLP.
